Shield Game v Annaduff
On Friday evening last the Seniors got back to winning ways when they defeated Annsaduff on a scoreline of 0-11 to 1-4.
The Gaels controlled this game all the way but at times wasted a lot of chances.
The first half was very close and goalkeeper Jesse Mc Guinness pulled of a good save to prevent Annaduff from going into the break ahead.
The second half was not so close and the Gaels went onto a six point lead with Annaduff scoring a penalty with the last kick of the game.
Gaels 1959 Celebrations
On Saturday August 1st the Gaels will celebrate the First Championship win of 1959.
Everyone in the area is asked to come out and celebrate with the Club, by dressing up ‘Fifties Style’ and taking part in the celebrations.
There will be a Mass followed by and evenings entertainment of Football, drama, traditional music and dance.

Lotto
The numbers drawn in the Melvin Gaels Lotto draw held in Gilbrides, Rossinver on Sunday night were- 6, 7, 15 and 19.
There was no Jackpot winner.
Other winners were- 4o Euro, Sean Lipsett, Parke, Kinlough, 20 Euro each Peter Mc Gowan, Kinlough, Sean O Rourke, Tullaghan and Chris Farrell.
Next Draw in The Wellington Bar, Kinlough, on Sunday July 12 Jackpot 3,750.00 Euro.
