Junior League v Glencar/Manorhamilton
On Saturday evening in Melvin Park, the Gaels Junior Team took on Glencar/Manorhamilton and succeeded in making it three wins in a row.
This was a hard fought, but deserved win for the Gaels.
Glencar/Manorhamilton went into the lead with an early goal, but the Gaels recovered and went into the break a point ahead, 0-4 to 1-0.
In the second half the Gaels went into a three point lead but Glencar/Manorhamilton fought back to draw level .
The Gaels recovered and finished two points ahead.
Final score Melvin Gaels 0-9, Glencar/Manorhamilton 1-4.

The Gaels senior team take on Bornacoola in Melvin Park next Saturday evening at 6.30pm.

Melvin Gaels will be holding activities in Melvin Park for the Club’s Celebrations.

Melvin Gaels Lotto
The numbers drawn in the Melvin Gaels Lotto draw held on Sunday night in the Dew Drop Inn, Tullaghan were 6,9,22 and 24.
There was no Jackpot winner.
